Contact APKSwarm

The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@apkswarm.com. We read everything, and messages that include proper device details usually get a useful answer instead of a round of follow-up questions. Use the form below if you prefer, or write to the address directly from your own mail app.

Before you write: what to include

Emulation and controller problems are almost always specific to a combination of hardware, software, and settings. “It lags” gives us nothing to work with; the details below give us nearly everything. Please include:

  • Device model — the exact handheld or phone (for example, Retroid Pocket 4 Pro, RG35XX H, Pixel 8), not just the brand.
  • Chipset, if you know it (Snapdragon 865, Dimensity 1100, Unisoc T820, and so on). You can find it in your device settings under About, or in the emulator’s system information screen.
  • Emulator name and version — PPSSPP 1.17, NetherSX2 build number, RetroArch core name. “Latest version” stops being true quickly; the number does not.
  • Controller model and connection type — for example, Kishi V2 over USB-C, or an 8BitDo Pro 2 over Bluetooth.
  • A symptom description that does not depend on any particular game — describe what happens technically: “frame rate drops to 40 after ten minutes and the back panel gets hot,” or “button presses register twice in menus.” The more mechanical the description, the faster we can reproduce it.
  • What you have already tried — settings changed, backends swapped, cables replaced. This saves us suggesting step one when you are on step nine.

Please do not send

Do not attach ROM files, game ISOs, BIOS files, or links to sites that distribute them, and do not ask us where to download them. APKSwarm covers legal emulation only — your own dumped games and homebrew — and messages asking for pirated content are deleted unread beyond that point. The same applies to modified emulator builds distributed outside their official channels; we can only support software obtained legitimately.

Corrections, test data, and business enquiries

Spotted a setting that moved in a new emulator release, or measured latency numbers that disagree with ours? Send the details — device, version, method — and we will re-test. Manufacturers and developers are welcome to reach us at the same address for review hardware, documentation, and technical briefings; coverage is never guaranteed in exchange for products, and our editorial standards on the About page apply to everyone equally.

We reply to most messages within two working days. During major emulator launches or firmware drops the queue gets longer, but detailed messages jump it — they are simply easier to answer.
